 1) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF TDH CALCULATIONS FOR THE SYSTEM.
 THE PUMP CURVE FOR THE HAYWARD SPP3010X15AZ PUMP
 SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS HAS A MAXIMUM FLOW RATE OF 100
 GPM. WHEN TDH CALCULATIONS ARE NOT SUBMITTED THE
 MAXIMUM FLOW RATE IS USED TO DETERMINE THE WATER
 VELOCITY. AT 100 GPM THE WATER VELOCITY IN 2-1/2" PIPE
 IS 6.54 FEET PER SECOND AND EXCEEDS THE 6 FEET PER
 SECOND ALLOWED IN THE BRANCH SUCTION PIPING AT THE TWO
 MAIN DRAINS. PLEASE CORRECT.

 REMOVED TO PROVIDE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW POOL?
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(D)(2)(B) OF THE CITY?S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, EVERY SWIMMING
 POOL SHALL BE ENCLOSED BY A PERMANENT FENCE OF AT LEAST
 FOUR (4) FEET IN HEIGHT. IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS A
 WOODEN FENCE AROUND A MAJORITY OF THE PROPERTY; IS THIS
 FENCE PROPOSED TO REMAIN? IF SO, PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 HEIGHT OF THE EXISTING FENCE. ADDITIONALLY, THE PLANS
 SHOW A GAP IN THE FENCE ALONG THE FRONT WHERE THE NEW
 PATIO IS BEING INSTALLED. PLEASE INDICATE HOW THIS IS
 GOING TO BE ENCLOSED. ANY NEW OR RELOCATED FENCING
 SHALL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPOSED POOL
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES. MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT ENCROACH MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET
 INTO ANY REQUIRED PRINCIPAL BUILDING SETBACK.
