 1- PER CONVERSATION WITH DOUG WISE (BUILDING OFFICIAL)
 AND ROBERT BROWN (ASSISTANT BUILDING OFFICIAL) THE
 CONTRACTOR CAN REPLACE THE SLIDING DOOR WITH AN
 IN-SWING DOOR TO COMPLY WITH EXCEPTION ON SECTION
 R311.5.4 OR CONTRACTOR CAN SUBMIT THE REVISION FOR THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL APPROVAL UNDER THE ALTERNATIVE DESIGN
 AND METHODS OF SEC. 104.11 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
 PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL
 REVIEW AND APPROVAL. CONTACT DOUG WISE AT (561)805-6650

 2- IF REPLACING DOOR WITH IN-SWING DOOR, THEN, PROPER
 PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) IS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9N-3. AND, DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN
 WRITING. SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 3- THIS STAIRS ARE A REVISION TO THE ORIGINAL DESIGN
 INTENT. ARCHITECT NEEDS TO REVISE HIS PLANS TO REFLECT
 THIS CHANGE AND SUBMIT TO THIS OFFICE. SEC. 106.1 CITY
