 SUCH, THE AREA ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING,
 ADJACENT TO THE ALLEY, SHALL BE LANDSCAPED.
  
 2) A LANDSCAPE PERMIT FOR THE LANDSCAPE UPGRADES IS
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO ZONING SIGN-OFF OF THIS PERMIT.
