 1. PLEASE ADDRESS ZOINING COMMENTS.
  
 2. SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN
 DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. PLEASE SHOW
 SOD IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, ADJACENT TO OLIVE AVENUE
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ELEMENTS ENUMERATED IN
 THIS SECTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL AIR CONDITIONING UNITS,
 GENERATORS AND ALL OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF THESE ITEMS AND THE MANNER IN
 WHICH THEY WILL BE SCREENED.
  
 5. THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING ALONG FLAGLER ON SHEET L-2
 DOES NOT MATCH THER CURVILIINEAR BEDS SHOWN IN THE
 DETAIL ON L-4. THE LANDSCAPING WAS TO FILL A MUCH
 LARGER AREA OF THE LANDSCAPE SETBACK.
  
 6. THE PARKING ROW EAST OF THE RELOCATED BULDING WAS
 ALLOWED TO HAVE MORE THAN 10 PARKING STALLS IN A ROW
 WITHOUT A LANDSCAPE ISLAND TO SAVE AN EXISTING TREE.
 THE PLAN SHOWS THAT THE TREE IS NOW BEING REPLACED.

 1) PER ORD. NO. 4303-10, THE BUILDINGS MAY NOT BE
 DEMOLISHED OR RELOCATED UNTIL DEVELOPMENT IS COMMENCED
 ON EITHER THE ACADEMIC OR EDUCATIONAL BUILDING. PBDA
 HAS REQUESTED AN AMENDMENT TO THIS CONDITION TO ALLOW
 THE DEMOLITION AND RELOCATION WITHOUT REQUIRING THE
 COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT ON THE OTHER BUILDINGS. THE
 CITY COMMISSION IS SCHEDULED TO HAVE THE 2ND READING ON
 THE AMENDED ORDINANCE ON JULY 11. STAFF CAN NOT APPROVE
 THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT UNTIL THE ORDINANCE PASSES.
  
 2) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE PARKING LOT HAS NOT BEEN
 APPROVED THROUGH THE FORMAL SITE PLAN PROCESS. THE SITE
 PLANNER, COTLEUR HEARING HAS BEEN PROVIDED THE FULL
 LIST OF COMMENTS. THE ZONING PERMIT REVIEW COMMENTS
 FOCUS EXCLUSIVELY ON THE LANDSCAPE ISSUES FOR THE
 EMPLOYEE PARKING AREA. THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT CAN NOT BE
 APPROVED UNTIL THE FORMAL SITE PLAN COMMENTS RELATING
 TO THE SITE WORK HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
 3) PROVIDE A COPY OF THE MASTER PLAN APPROVED AS PART
 OF THE FORMAL SITE PLAN. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL MATCH THE APPROVED
 FORMAL SITE PLAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LOCATION OF THE
 LANDSCAPE AREAS IN THE PARKING LOT IS EXPECTED TO
 CHANGE BASED ON THE APPROVED PLAN.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE LOCATIONS OF ALL TRANSFORMERS, BACKFLOW
 PREVENTERS, AC UNITS, AND OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 RELATED TO THE RELOCATED BUILDING AND THE EMPLOYEE
 PARKING LOT. THESE SHALL BE SCREENED ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN.
  
 5) PER ORD. NO. 4303-10, THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO THE FIRST BUILDING PERMIT FOR SITE WORK AND
 HAVE NOT BEEN SUBMITTED:
  
 A. PREPARE A CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT
 PLAN FOR APPROVAL BY THE CITY?S POLICE DEPARTMENT CRIME
 PREVENTION THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (CPTED)
 OFFICIAL.
  
 6) THE ADA WALKWAY LOCATION MAY NOT EXTEND TO THE NORTH
 ACROSS TUXEDO LANE AS SHOWN DUE TO THE NORTHERN
 SIDEWALK BEING ON THE RAPALLO PROPERTY WITH NO
 EASEMENT. THE LATEST PROPOSED MASTER PLAN SHOWS THE
 SIDEWALK CROSSING TUXEDO LANE FURTHER TO THE EAST. THE
 REVISIONS SHALL BE REFLECTED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 INCLUDED WITH THIS PERMIT RESUBMITTAL.
  
 7) THE CROSS SECTION OF THE SITE SHOWS THAT 0.5 FEET OF
 THE REQUIRED 8.5 FOOT WIDE PARALLEL PARKING SPACE IS IN
 THE TUXEDO LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THIS NEEDS TO BE
 ADDRESSED. SHIFTING THE ENTIRE PARKING AREA SOUTH 0.5
 FEET, REMOVING THIS AREA FROM THE EXTRA 0.7 FOOT AREA
 ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHERN LANDSCAPE BUFFER WOULD
 ACCOMPLISH THIS. THE LANDSCAPE AT THE ORANGE COURT
 CIRCLES SHALL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY DUE TO THE SHIFT.
  
 8) ADDRESS ALL LANDSCAPE REVIEWER COMMENTS.
