 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) PER ORD. NO. 4303-10, THE BUILDINGS MAY NOT BE
 DEMOLISHED OR RELOCATED UNTIL DEVELOPMENT IS COMMENCED
 ON EITHER THE ACADEMIC OR EDUCATIONAL BUILDING. PBDA
 HAS REQUESTED AN AMENDMENT TO THIS CONDITION TO ALLOW
 THE DEMOLITION AND RELOCATION WITHOUT REQUIRING THE
 COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT ON THE OTHER BUILDINGS. THE
 CITY COMMISSION IS SCHEDULED TO HAVE THE 2ND READING ON
 THE AMENDED ORDINANCE ON JULY 11. STAFF CAN NOT APPROVE
 THE SITE WORK PERMIT UNTIL THE ORDINANCE PASSES.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN FOR THE PARKING LOT HAS NOT BEEN
 APPROVED THROUGH THE FORMAL SITE PLAN PROCESS. THE SITE
 PLANNER, COTLEUR HEARING HAS BEEN PROVIDED THE FULL
 LIST OF COMMENTS. THE ZONING PERMIT REVIEW COMMENTS
 FOCUS EXCLUSIVELY ON THE SITE ISSUES FOR THE EMPLOYEE
 PARKING AREA. THE SITE WORK PERMIT CAN NOT BE APPROVED
 UNTIL THE FORMAL SITE PLAN COMMENTS RELATING TO THE
 SITE WORK HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
 3) PROVIDE A COPY OF THE MASTER PLAN APPROVED AS PART
 OF THE FORMAL SITE PLAN. THE CIVIL PLANS SUBMITTED WITH
 THE SITE WORK PERMIT SHALL MATCH THE APPROVED FORMAL
 SITE PLAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CURBING AND STRIPING IN
 THE PARKING LOT IS EXPECTED TO CHANGE BASED ON THE
 APPROVED PLAN.
  
 4) A NOTE SHALL BE ADDED FOR THE S. OLIVE WALL STATING,
 "WALL SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION DIVISION APPROVED DESIGN". ADDITIONALLY,
 THE BENCH AND THE ASSOCIATED PAVER WALK SHALL BE
 APPROVED BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION DIVISION.
  
 5) PROVIDE THE LOCATIONS OF ALL TRANSFORMERS, BACKFLOW
 PREVENTERS, AC UNITS, AND OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 RELATED TO THE RELOCATED BUILDING AND THE EMPLOYEE
 PARKING LOT.
  
 6) PER ORD. NO. 4303-10, THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO THE FIRST BUILDING PERMIT FOR SITE WORK AND
 HAVE NOT BEEN SUBMITTED:
  
 A. PREPARE A CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT
 PLAN FOR APPROVAL BY THE CITY?S POLICE DEPARTMENT CRIME
 PREVENTION THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (CPTED)
 OFFICIAL.
  
 7) THE ADA WALKWAY LOCATION MAY NOT EXTEND TO THE NORTH
 ACROSS TUXEDO LANE AS SHOWN DUE TO THE NORTHERN
 SIDEWALK BEING ON THE RAPALLO PROPERTY WITH NO
 EASEMENT. THE LATEST MASTER PLAN SHOWS THE SIDEWALK
 CROSSING TUXEDO LANE FURTHER TO THE EAST. THIS HAS ALSO
 BEEN SHOWN ON THE CIVIL PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THE
 RELOCATION PERMIT. THE REVISIONS SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH
 THIS PERMIT RESUBMITTAL.
  
 8) THE PARALLEL PARKING SPACES ALONG TUXEDO LANE ARE
 SHOWN HAVING A DIMENSION OF 9 FEET. THESE SPACES
 ACTUALLY SCALE AT 8 FEET WIDE. THEY ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 8.5 FEET WIDE. A DETAIL, MEETING CITY STANDARDS, FOR
 THE PARALLEL SPACES SHALL BE INCLUDED. ADDITIONALLY,
 THE CROSS SECTION SHOWS THAT 0.5 FEET OF THE REQUIRED
 8.5 FOOT WIDE PARALLEL PARKING SPACE IS IN THE TUXEDO
 LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. SHIFTING
 THE ENTIRE PARKING AREA SOUTH 0.5 FEET, REMOVING THIS
 AREA FROM THE EXTRA 0.7 FOOT AREA ADJACENT TO THE
 SOUTHERN LANDSCAPE BUFFER WOULD ACCOMPLISH THIS.
  
 9) THE PARKING STALL DETAIL PROVIDED FOR THE 90 DEGREE
 SPACES DOES NOT REFLECT THE SITE CONDITIONS. NO WHEEL
 STOPS ARE PROVIDED, RATHER THERE IS A 2 FOOT OVERHANG
 AT THE HEAD OF THE SPACES. ADDITIONALLY, THE CITY
 REQUIRES THAT THERE BE 12 INCHES BETWEEN THE STRIPES,
 NOT INCLUDING THE STRIPES. A COMPACT SPACE DETAIL IS
 ALSO REQUIRED.
  
 10) ALL ON-SITE, OVERHEAD UTILITY LINES WITHIN THE
 LIMITS OF WORK SHALL BE REMOVED OR BURIED UNDERGROUND.
  
 11) THE DIMENSION LINES ACROSS THE PARKING LOT ROWS (AS
 SHOWN ON THE CONCEPTUAL PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLANS
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY PAUL ANTON BURI ON APRIL 5, 2011,
 AND SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT)
 SHALL BE INCLUDED ON THE PERMIT PLANS.
  
 12) GATES, WALLS, FENCES, LIGHTING, LANDSCAPE AND
 RIGHT-OF-WAY IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS.
