 1- PLANS SPECIFY NEW COVERED PORCH. THIS IS NOT A
 PORCH. PORCH IS AN EXTERIOR AREA. PLANS SHOW A COMPLETE
 ENCLOSED ROOM. THIS IS A NEW INTERIOR ROOM. SEE
 DEFINITION OF PORCH AND REVISE NAME ON PLANS AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. 106.1.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC
  
 2- INDICATE ON PLANS THE NAMES OF THE ROOMS ADJACENT TO
 THIS NEW INTERIOR ROOM TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 BEDROOM EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.
  
 3- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 REQUIRED. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 4- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. PLEASE MAKE SURE
 CORRECT REVISED FORM IS USED. SEC. N1100.3 OF 2007
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE CHAPTER 11.
  
 5- SHEET #1: SPECIFY SIZE OF NEW EXTERIOR DOOR. SEC.

 6- SHEET #2: WHAT'S A SIMPSON TA30R CONNECTOR SPECIFIED
 ON WALL SECTION ON THE EXISTING MASONRY WALL END. I AM
 UNABLE TO FIND THIS STRUCTURAL CONNECTOR ON THE SIMPSON
 CATALOG. REVISE AS REQUIRED. ALSO, REVISE ROOF FRAMING

 THE CODE TO BE USED FOR ONE & TWO FAMILY DWELLINGS IS
 THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009 REVISIONS
 NOT THE FBC. ** ASCE 7 EDITION TO BE USED IS THE 2005
 EDITION NOT THE 2002. *** THE WIND EXPOSURE IS "C" NOT
 "B". **** SPECIFY THE DOOR AND WINDOWS DESIGN
 PRESSURES. SEC. R301. NOTE: CONSIDER EXPOSURE "C".
 REVISE ALL THE SECTIONS AND TABLES THAT REFER TO THE
 FBC AND REFERENCE CORRESPONDING SECTION AND TABLE FROM
 THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. SEC. R101.2.
  
 C) UPDATE THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER SPECIFIED
 ON THE TYPICAL LINTEL AT WINDOWS & DOORS SPECIFICATION
 AT BOTTOM OF THE SHEET. NEED TO SPECIFY A PRODUCT
 APPROVAL APPROVED FOR THE 2007 BUILDING CODE.
  
 8- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. NOA 09-0316.10 SUBMITTED WAS
 SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE. GO TO THE MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE
 AND DOWNLOAD CURRENT NOA.
  
 B) STORMS PANELS. PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION. NEED TO
 MARK ON NOA SUBMITTED SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITIONS AND
 ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO BE USED. AND, NEED TO
 PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AS REQUIRED BY
 THE CITY IMPLEMENTATION STANDARD FOR WIND-BORNE DEBRIS
 IMPACT PROTECTION.
  
 C) FLAT ROOF NOA 07-0730.03 WAS SUPERSEDED BY
 MIAMI-DADE. NEED CURRENT NOA. ALSO, NEED TO PROVIDE RAS
 117 CALCULATIONS FOR THE NAIL ENHANCING AT PERIMETER
 AND CORNER AREAS AS REQUIRED BY THE GENERAL LIMITATION
 #7. NOTE: IF THE NOA PROVIDED REQUIRES SIGNED AND
 SEALED RAS 117, THEN PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED
 CALCULATIONS.
  
 D) EXTERIOR SWING DOOR. NOA 07-0618.06 SUBMITTED IS FOR
 8'-0" HIGH DOORS. NEED NOA FOR 6'-8" HIGH DOORS.
  
 E) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS. PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND
 PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 F) ALL PRECAST LINTELS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 9- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL PRODUCT
 APPROVALS IN WRITING (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 10- SPECIFY VENTILATION ON NEW ROOF AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
