 1. THE SURVEY, OR A SITE PLAN, SHALL NOTE THE LOCATION
 OF THE PROPOSED A/C EQUIPMENT ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 PROPOSED ADDITION. DIMENSIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM
 THE EQUIPMENT TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE NO CLOSER THAN FOUR (4)
 FEET TO THE EAST PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2. ELEVATIONS SHALL NOTE THE HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION. BUILDING HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM GRADE
 TO THE ROOF DECK OF A FLAT ROOF.
  
 3. THE SURVEY OR A SITE PLAN, SHALL NOTE THE DIMENSION
 BETWEEN THE PROPOSED ADDITION AND THE EXISTING WOOD
 SHED. THERE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF SIX (6) FEET OF
 SEPARATION BETWEEN THE TWO (2) STRUCTURES.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF THE PROPOSED ROOF
 OVERHANG.
