 APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED ARE FOR GLASS BLOCK,
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS, HORIZONTAL SLIDING WINDOWS, FIXED
 WINDOWS, STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND FRENCH DOORS. THE
 HOUSE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE A HORIZONTAL SLIDING
 WINDOW.

 REQUIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION, TWO SETS OF
 LANDSCAPE PLANS AND A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT
 INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND
 LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 2 PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS. THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF TREES
 REQUIRED IS BASED UPON OPEN SPACE. THAT IS DETERMINED
 BY TAKING THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE LOT AND
 DEDUCTING THE FOOTPRINT OF THE STRUCTURE. THE
 DIFFERENCE IS OPEN SPACE. THE OPEN SPACE ON THIS LOT IS
 4562 SQUARE FEET. FOUR TREES ARE REQUIRED. ONE SHRUB IS
 REQUIRED FOR EVERY 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THAT TABULATION.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), ALL OF THE ITEMS
 ENUMERATED IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE PART OF THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. ALL OF THE NEW AND EXISTING TREES AND
 SHRUBS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED BY QUANTITY, SIZE AND
 SPACING. TO BE COUNTED THEY MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION.
 THE SOD SHALL ALSO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. PLANT MATEIRAL
