 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN INDICATING THE LOCATION
 OF THE NEW GUARD SHACK. 2007 FBC-B 106.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE AT WHAT ELEVATION THE FINISH FLOOR
 WILL BE LOCATED. FBC BUILDING 3110.1.2 / CITY OF WPB
 CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTION 94-546. STRUCTURE IS LOCATED
 IN AN "A8" FLOOD ZONE. THE MINIMUM REQUIRED FINISH
 FLOOR ELEVATION WILL BE 15.5' NGVD. A FLOOD ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED AT TIME OF SLAB
 INSPECTION. SHEET # 4 INDICATES THIS BUILDING IS TO SIT
 ON AN EXISTING ASPHALT BASE, PLEASE PROVIDE ATTACHMENT
 DETAILS FOR ATTACHMENT FROM ASPHALT BASE TO THE
 REQUIRED FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION OF 15.5' NDVD. AN
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH CITY
 FLOOD ZONE ORDINANCE.

 FEMA'S NEW ELEVATION CERTIFICATE (EC) WAS APPROVED FOR
 USE, EFFECTIVE MARCH 16, 2009, THROUGH MARCH 31, 2012.
 THE NEW EC WILL BE PHASED IN ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS UNTIL
 MARCH 31, 2010. ALTHOUGH THE OLD VERSION OF THE FORM IS
 NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR DISTRIBUTION, EXISTING COPIES
 MAY BE USED UNTIL MARCH 31, 2010. ELEVATIONS CERTIFIED

 LOCATED WITHIN A "B" ZONE. PLEASE CORRECT WIND ANALYSIS
 DESIGN DRITERIA TO THE PROPOSED BUILDING BEING LOCATED
 WITHIN A "C" ZONE. 2007/09 FBC-B 1609.4.3 EXPOSURE C-
 OPEN TERRAIN WITH SCATTERED OBSTRUCTIONS, INCLUDING
 SURFACE UNDULATIONS OR OTHER IRREGULARITIES, HAVING
 HEIGHTS GENERALLY LESS THAN 30 FEET (9144 MM) EXTENDING
 MORE THAN 1,500 FEET (457.2 M) FROM THE BUILDING SITE
 IN ANY QUADRANT. THIS EXPOSURE SHALL ALSO APPLY TO ANY
 BUILDING LOCATED WITHIN EXPOSURE B-TYPE TERRAIN WHERE

 5)106.3.3 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE,
 AND ENTRANCE TO THE GUARD SHACK.
  
 2007/09 FBC-B 11-4.3.2 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE; 1) AT LEAST
 ONE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE SITE
 SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION STOPS,
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING, AND ACCESSIBLE PASSENGER LOADING
 ZONES, AND PUBLIC STREETS OR SIDEWALKS TO THE
 ACCESSIBLE BUILDING ENTRANCE THEY SERVE.
  
 11-4.3.3 WIDTH. THE MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL BE 36 INCHES (915 MM) EXCEPT AT
 DOORS (SEE SECTION 11-4.13.5 AND 11-4.13.6). IF A
 PERSON IN A WHEELCHAIR MUST MAKE A TURN AROUND AN
 OBSTRUCTION, THE MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF THE ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE SHALL BE AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 7(A) AND FIGURE 7(B).

 1) THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW GUARD SHACK REQUIRES THE
 APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT PRIOR
 TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT. PLEASE
 CONTACT ERIC SCHNEIDER @ (561) 822-1446 FOR THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT APPLICATION INFORMATION.
  
 2) PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE
 YEAR OLD, OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 3) THE PROPOSED GUARD SHACK SHALL BE SHOWN ON EITHER A
 SITE PLAN OR ON THE SURVEY. THE SETBACKS FOR THE GUARD
 SHACK TO ALL STRUCTURES AND PROPERTY LINES SHALL BE
 SHOWN.
  
 4) STAFF HAS NO RECORD OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVED
 AS PART OF THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR
 THE ABOVE GROUND FUEL TANK BEING INSTALLED. A PERMIT
 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE LANDSCAPE SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT. THE
 LANDSCAPE SHALL BE INSTALLED AND HAVE PASSED FINAL
 INSPECTION PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION FOR THE GUARD
 SHACK.
  
 5) ANY CHANGES TO PARKING, CIRCULATION OR LANDSCAPE DUE
 TO THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE GUARD SHACK SHALL BE
 REFLECTED ON THE PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT AND ANY BUILDING PERMITS FOR EXTERIOR WORK.
  
 6) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUIRED
