 1) THE CURRIE CORRIDOR MIXED USE DISTRICT TYPE I FACADE
 SIGN REGULATIONS STATE, "A SINGLE EXTERNAL SIGN BAND
 MAY BE APPLIED ON THE FACADE OF EACH BUILDING PROVIDED
 THAT IT SHALL NOT EXCEED 24 INCHES IN HEIGHT BY 60
 PERCENT OF THE WIDTH OF THE BUILDING FRONTAGE. THIS
 SIGN BAND SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN THE FIRST TWO STORIES
 OF THE BUILDING. IF THE BUILDING USES AWNINGS, SIGNAGE
 IN THE FORM OF COPY OR LOGO IS NOT PERMITTED ON SAID
 AWNINGS."
  
 A. PROVIDE A PICTURE OF THE SOUTH FACADE OF THE
 BUILDING SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT THE PROPOSED
 SIGN IS WITHIN THE SAME SIGN BAND AS ANY EXISTING
 SIGNS.
  
 B. THE PROPOSED SIGN IS 30 INCHES IN HEIGHT WHICH
 EXCEEDS THE ALLOWED HEIGHT OF 24 INCHES.
  
 C. PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF ANY EXISTING SIGNAGE ON
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE TOTAL LENGTH OF THE
 EXISTING PLUS PROPOSED SIGNAGE ON THE SOUTH FACADE MAY
 NOT EXCEED 51.9 FEET. THE PROPOSED SIGN IS 9.7 FEET IN
 LENGTH.
