 1. ON SHEET CV-0.0, THE PROPOSED ATM ELEVATION SHOWS
 DIMENSIONS FOR WACHOVIA SIGNAGE ON THE FACADE OF THE
 BUILDING. PLEASE CLARIFY AS TO WHETHER THIS EXISTS OR
 IS PROPOSED. IF PROPOSED, A SEPARATE PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED.
  
 2. THE AERIAL PHOTO OF THE SITE INDICATES A SHADE TREE
 IN THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND IN FRONT OF THE PROPOSED ATM.
 PLEASE CLARIFY AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THIS TREE WILL
 REMAIN AS A RESULT OF THE PROPOSED CONCRETE SLAB. THIS
 TREE IS REQUIRED BY THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS AND SHALL NOT BE REMOVED.
  
 3. AS THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A
 COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD) AND MODIFICATIONS
 ARE BEING MADE TO THE SITE PLAN, INCLUDING THE REMOVAL
