 4) ASTM C 926 REQUIRES THE STUCCO APPLIED OVER METAL
 LATH ON VERTICAL WALLS TO BE A MINIMUM OF 7/8 INCH
 THICK. SECTION B ON SHEET 5 SPECIFIES 5/8 INCH STUCCO.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 ADDITION.
  
 6) PLEASE CLARIFY THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES
 THAT ARE SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS WERE DETERMINED. THE
 STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN 140 MPH 3 SECOND GUST WIND
 SPEED AND EXPOSURE CATEGORY C. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT, WALL ZONE AND EFFECTIVE WIND AREA USED TO
 DETERMINE THESE PRESSURES.
  
 7) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE

 8) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A KEY PLAN AND AN INSTALLATION

 THERMA-TRU. THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE THERMA-TRU OUT
 SWING GLAZED DOORS WITH SITELITES ARE +47,-47 PSF WHICH
 ARE LESS THAN THE REQUIRED COMPONENT AND CLADDING
 PRESSURES. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 10) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 SINGLE HUNG AND FIXED WINDOWS ARE NOT THE ONES THAT ARE
 SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS. PLEASE CORRECT. NOTE: THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.

 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 2. LANDSCAPING REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE
 SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDR.
 A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST
