 1) THE CITY DOES NOT PERMIT TWO (2) DRIVEWAYS ONTO
 SINGLE FAMILY PROPERTY PER SECTION 94-313(1);
 THEREFORE, THE ADDITIONAL DRIVEWAY IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 2) PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN
 ONE YEAR OLD, SHOWING EXISTING CONDITIONS. THE SURVEY
 SUBMITTED WITH THE BUILDING PERMIT SHOWS A DIFFERENT
 CONDITION THAN THE 2009 AERIAL OF THE SITE,
 SPECIFICALLY A LARGER EXISTING DRIVEWAY THAN SHOWN ON
 THE SURVEY.
  
 3) THE PROPERTY SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1,000 SQUARE
 FEET OF LANDSCAPE AREA IN THE FRONT YARD. THIS SHALL BE
 CLEARLY DESIGNATED ON THE PLANS.
