 1. PLEASE SUBMIT A REVISED SITE PLAN. ALL REVISED PLANS
 SHOULD BE USING THE SAME BASE PLAN. THE PLANS SUBMITTED
 ARE NOT CONSISTENT.
  
 2. THE REQUIRED PARKING STALLS ON AVENIDIA ALLEGRE WERE
 NOT SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE ORIGINALLY
 APPROVED PARKING STALLS ALONG DIXIE HIGHWAY AND ON EL
 VEDADO HAS CHANGED AND HAS NOT BEEN SHOWN ON THIS PLAN
  
 3. THE SIDEWALK AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THIS PROJECT
 ENCROACHES INTO THE LANDSCAPE SETBACK. THIS CONDITION
 WAS NOT REFLECTED ON THE PLAN.
  
 4. A LARGE JACARANDA TREE SHOWN ON A PREVIOUS LANDSCAPE
 PLAN WAS REMOVED. I MITIGATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 REMOVAL OF THIS TREE.
  
 5. NO FENCE PERMIT WAS ISSUED FOR THE FENCING ALONG THE
 WEST PERIMETER OF THE SITE. A WALL AND NOT A FENCE WAS
 TO BE INSTALLED ALONG THAT PROPERTY LINE. INSTEAD THE
 FENCE WAS INSTALLED APPROXIMATELY ONE FOOT FROM THE
 CURB WITH THE TREES AND HEDGE PLANTED ON THE WEST SIDE
 OF THE FENCE, CREATING AN UNMAINTAINABLE SITUATION. THE
 FENCE WILL NEED TO BE MOVED TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 6. THE NEWLY CREATED LOADING BERTH HAS ELIMINATED THE
 TURN-AROUND ATT HE WEST END OF THE PARKING LOT.
  
 7. ACCORDING TO THE PLAN, THE DRIVEWAY APRON LEADING IN
 FROM AVENIDIA ALLEGRE IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH TO ALLOW
 PASSAGE TO THE LOADING DOCK.
  
 8.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), GARBAGE OR TRASH
 RECEPTACLES AND OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE
 PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING HAS BEEN
 PROVIDED. WALLS OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE
 LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT
 INTERVALS. NO PLANTING WAS PROVIDED ALONG THE EAST SIDE
 OF THE ENCLOSURE. A PREVIOUS PLAN SHOWS A PROPOSED
 GENERATOR. IF ONE IS TO BE INSTALLED, IT SHALL BE SHOWN
 ON THE PLAN AND THE METHOD OF SCREENING SHALL ALSO BE
 SHOWN. NO SCREENING WAS PROVIDED FOR THE TRANSFORMER.

 1) THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS HAVE BEEN CHANGED FROM
 THE ORIGINAL PLANS APPROVED BY INFORMAL SITE PLAN
 REVIEW 07-14 ON NOVEMBER 30, 2007. A SITE/LANDSCAPE
 PLAN AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND
 ZONING DEPARTMENT. NO BUILDING PERMIT REVISIONS WILL BE
 APPROVED UNTIL THE SITE/LANDSCAPE PLAN AMENDMENT IS
 APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING AND THE BUILDING
 PERMIT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE PLAN AMENDMENT APPROVAL.
  
 2) THE REVISED LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOW THE PREVIOUSLY
 APPROVED LANDSCAPE BUFFER IN FRONT OF THE DISPLAY
 WINDOWS AS PAVED AREAS AND A CHANGE TO THE LANDSCAPE
 NORTH OF THE NORTHERN LOADING BERTH. THE PERCENTAGE OF
 LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS FOR THE SITE SHALL BE REVISED ON
 THE SITE PLAN. THIS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 15 PERCENT IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 3) THE TRANSFORMER SHOWN ON THE REVISED LANDSCAPE PLANS
 SHALL BE SCREEN IN CONFORMANCE WITH 94-444 OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 4) THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN ON SHEET E1.1 SHOWS LIGHT
 LEVELS EXCEEDING THE 0.5 FOOT CANDLES ALLOWED IN A
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. THIS DOES NOT CONFORM TO SECTION
 94-310(D) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS OR THE APPROVAL LETTER CONDITIONS.
  
 5) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE SIDEWALK EASEMENT FOR
 THE SIDEWALK ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY WAS PROVIDED TO
 THE CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVAL LETTER
