 1- DOOR AND WINDOWS DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON PLANS ARE
 TOO LOW. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS SHOWING HOW OBTAINING THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. NOA 07-0402.04 SUBMITTED WAS
 SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT NOA.
 VISIT THE MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD CURRENT NOA.
  
 B) WINDOW MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 3- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
 ***NOTE: PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED ARE SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A DIFFERENT ENGINEER THAN THE ONE SHOWN ON
 THE PLANS SUBMITTED. ALSO, NOA'S CAN'T BE SIGNED AND
 SEALED BECAUSE THEY ARE THE WORK OF ANOTHER ENGINEER.
 NEED ONLY TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING.

 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. THE CONTRACTOR HAS STATED THAT
 THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV; THEREFORE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO INSTALL THE REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE MATERIAL.
  
 2) PRIOR TO THE THE FIRST INSPECTION, A SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE
