 1) SUBMIT PROOF OF OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY. IN ORDER
 TO PULL A PERMIT AS AN OWNER BUILDER, YOU ARE REQUIRED
 TO OWN THE PROPERTY. FS 489.103 (7)
  
 2) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF DRAFTSMEN QUALITY PLANS DRAWN
 TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE. THE PLANS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE 2007 FLORIDA

 3) THE NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN IS REQUIRED ON THE PLANS. FS
 471 AND 481
  
 4) PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN WITH THE ROOMS LABELED AND THE
 LOCATIONS AND SIZES OF THE WINDOWS THAT WILL BE
 ENCLOSED.THE REQUIRED EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE
 OPENINGS IN THE SLEEPING ROOMS SHALL REMAIN. FBC R310
  
 5) PROVIDE A STRUCTURAL DETAIL OF THE INFILL OF THE SIX
 WINDOWS THAT WILL BE ENCLOSED. PROVIDE A WALL SECTION
 AT THE IN-FILLED WINDOW OPENINGS SHOWING THE EXTERIOR
 AND INTERIOR WALL COVERING AND INSULATION.
  
 6) A PLUMBING PERMIT IS REQUIRED. THE OWNER BUILDER IS
 REQUIRED TO SIGN THE APPLICATION FOR THE PLUMBING
 PERMIT.
  
 7) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE STORM
 PANELS. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A KEY PLAN AND
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE FOR THE STORM PANELS. SPECIFY THE
 WIND PRESSURES, THE MOUNT TYPE, THE SPAN, THE GLASS
 SEPARATION, THE FASTENER TYPE, THE FASTENER SPACING,
 THE EDGE DISTANCE AND THE WALL SUBSTRATE.
  
 8) SMOKE ALARMS ARE REQUIRED AND SHALL BE LOCATED AS
 REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS. FBC R313.2.1
