 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (5) (A), LANDSCAPE
 AREAS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NON-MOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D". THIS IS A REPEAT COMMENT
 FROM ZONING. A MINIMUM WIDTH OF FIVE FEET, EXCLUDING
 THE REQUIRED CURB, MUST BE MAINTAINED IN ALL REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE STRIPS. THIS WILL REQUIRE ADJUSTING THE
 LOCATION AND WIDTH OF THE PARKING STALLS. THE SITE PLAN
 AND LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST BE CONSISTENT. THE FIVE FOOT
 WIDTH REQUIRED FOR PERIMETER LANDSCAPE STRIPS IS A
 MINIMUM. THE STANDARD PARKING STALLS COULD BE REDUCED
 TO 8 1/2 TO 9 FEET IN WIDTH TO EXPAND THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFERS.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT
 INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND
 LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
