 1. ACCESSIBLE ROUTE CANNOT INCLUDE A STAIR, FBC
 11-4.1.2, 11-4.3.8 "AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE DOESN OT
 INCLUDE STAIRS, STEPS, OR ESCALATORS."
  
 2. A LANDING IS REQUIRED AT THE TOP OF A STAIR,
 FBC1009.4. IT APPEARS THAT THE DOOR ENCROACHES ON THE
 STAIR LANDING. PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE.
  
 3. SEE FBC 1012.8 REGARDING HANDRAILS WITHIN 30" FOR
 STAIRS.
  
 4. FBC 1003.5.2, THIS APPEARS TO BE A PART OF THE EXIT
 DISCHARGE. SEE FBC 1002, EXIT DISCHARGE, "THAT PORTION
 OF A MEANS OF EGRESS SYSTEM BETWEEN THE TERMINATION OF
 AN EXIT AND THE PUBLIC WAY." SEE FBC1003.5.2; IF THIS
 IS A PART OF THE EXIT DISCHARGE, A RAMP IS REQUIRED.
  
 IT IS NOTED THAT EXISTING CONDITIONS DO NOT COMPLY WITH
 SOME OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FBC AND THAT THERE MAY
 BE DESIGN CONSTRAINTS DUE TO EXISTING CONDITIONS
 (TECHNICAL INFEASIBILITY). PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT
