 2. PLEASE CLARIFY THE REAR SETBACK BEING PROPOSED
 BETWEEN THE SHED AND THE PROPERTY LINE. IT APPEARS THAT
 THE SURVEY NOTES 5 FEET???IS THIS TO THE EDGE OF THE
 EASEMENT, OR TO THE PROPERTY LINE? IF TO THE PROPERTY
 LINE, THEN THE SHED WILL NEED TO BE RELOCATED AS THE
 UTILITY EASEMENT IS 6 FEET IN WIDTH. NO STRUCTURES
 SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN THE EASEMENT.
  
 3. PLEASE NOTE THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED SHED.
