 1) THE PLANS SPECIFY THREE DIFFERENT SIZE PUMPS. SHEET
 1 OF 4 LISTS A 1-1/2 HP UNDER POOL SPECIFICATIONS AND A
 SHARED 2.0 HP UNDER AUX POOL SPECS. SHEET 3 OF 4 LISTS
 A 1.0 HP INTELLIFLO PUMP. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 2) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE POOL PUMP SPECIFICATIONS
 AND THE PUMP CURVE FOR THE PUMP THAT WILL BE INSTALLED.
  
 3) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF TOTAL DYNAMIC HEAD
 CALCULATIONS. NOTE: IF TDH CALCULATIONS ARE NOT
 SUBMITTED THE WATER VELOCITY WILL BE DETERMINED USING
 THE MAXIMUM FLOW RATE OF THE PUMP. IF IT IS A VARIABLE
 SPEED PUMP THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE PUMP WILL BE
 USED.
  
 4) WHEN USING TWO MAIN DRAINS, ANSI/APSP 7 - 2006
 LIMITS THE WATER VELOCITY IN BRANCH SUCTION PIPING TO 6
 FEET PER SECOND WHEN ONE OF A PAIR BLOCKED. THEREFORE,
 THE TWO MAIN DRAIN OUTLETS AND THE PIPING BETWEEN THEM
 WILL NEED TO COMPLY. THE MAIN DRAIN DETAIL SPECIFIES 2"
 BRANCH PIPING.
  
 5) THE ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE RELIEF VENT SHOWN ON THE
 MAIN DRAIN DETAIL IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED AS AN
 ANTI-ENTRAPMENT DEVICE.

 B. EVERY SWIMMING POOL SHALL BE ENCLOSED BY A FENCE OR
 SIMILAR STRUCTURE WHICH IS INSTALLED TO OBSTRUCT ACCESS
 BY PERSONS OTHER THAN THE OWNERS OR OCCUPANTS OF THE
 RESIDENCE WITHIN WHICH A SWIMMING POOL IS LOCATED.
 BARRIERS OR FENCES SHALL BE AT LEAST FOUR FEET IN
 HEIGHT ABOVE GRADE.
 C. ACCESS TO AN ACCESSORY SWIMMING POOL MUST BE THROUGH
 A BUILDING OR THROUGH A SELF-CLOSING AND SELF-LATCHING
 GATE OR THROUGH A SCREEN ENCLOSURE DOOR WITH LATCHES
 PLACED AT LEAST 54 INCHES ABOVE BOTTOM OF GATE. AT
 LEAST 90 PERCENT OF THE SURFACE AREA OF ALL SCREEN
 ENCLOSURES SHALL BE SCREENING MATERIAL THROUGH WHICH
 AIR SHALL FLOW. ALL POOLS LOCATED ON A CORNER LOT SHALL
 BE SCREENED AT THE CORNER LOT LINE BY AT LEAST A
 42-INCH HIGH LANDSCAPE BUFFER, AS MEASURED FROM GRADE,
 AT THE PROPERTY LINE, TO ENSURE PRIVACY.
  
 ALSO, SHOW FENCE OR REFERENCE FENCE PERMIT 11020151 ON
 YOUR PLANS.
  
 3. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS TO ALL PROPERTY LINES OF POOL AND
 POOL EQUIPMENT ON BOTH THE SURVEY AND SITE PLAN.
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDR:
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
