 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE
 THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS
 AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF AN IRRIGATION PLAN THAT
 PROVIDES 120% COVERAGE TO ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS,
 INCLUDING RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SIZE OF ALL PROPOSED PLANT
 MATERIAL--NOT JUST THE CONTAINER SIZE.
  
 5.THE REQUIRED CURBS SHOULD NOT WRAP AROUND THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS. THE CURB NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED ONLY
 WHEN A LANDSCAPE AREA ABUTS A PARKING STALL OR OTHER
 VEHICULAR USE AREA. CURBING SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG
 THE LANDSCAPE STRIP ADJACENT TO TAMARIND AVENUE TO
 SEPARATE THE VEHICULAR USE AREA FROM THE LANDSCAPE
 STRIP.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (A) (D) AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN A REQUIRED
 BUFFER FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR PORTION THEREOF WHEN
 A NONRESIDENTIAL USE IS ADJACENT TO RESIDENTIAL
 PROPERTY. THIS APPLIES TO THE EAST PERIMETER OF THE
 SITE.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (2), SHADE TREES
 SHALL BE PLANTED AT 30 FOOT INTERVALS IN A REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER THAT SEPARATES A VEHICULAR USE AREA
 FROM A THOROUGHFARE. THIS APPLIES TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF
 THE PARKING LOT.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (4), AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN A REQUIRED
 BUFFER STRIP FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OF PORTION
 THEREOF. THIS APPLIES TO THE NORTH PERIMETER OF THE
 SITE. ADDITIONAL TREES WILL NEED TO BE PLANTED ADJACENT
 TO THE EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (1), THE BUFFER STRIP
 SHALL BE AT LEAST FIVE FEET IN WIDTH ALONG THE ENTIRE
 EDGE OF PROPERTY WHEN ADJACENT TO A PUBLIC
 THOROUGHFARE. THIS APPLIES TO THE WEST PERIMETER OF THE
 PARKING LOT. A TWO FOOT LANDSCAPE STRIP IS NOT WIDE
 ENOUGHT TO ACCOMMODATE A HEDGE AND THE ROOT BALLS OF
 THE PROPOSED TREES.
  
 10. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT
 AN APPLICATION AND TWO SETS OF LANDSCAPE PLANS TO THE
 PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
  
 11, THE SITE PLAN SHALL BE FULLY DIMENSIONED.
