 2. THE PROPOSED "U" DRIVE WITH TWO (2) ACCESS POINTS
 WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE PROCESSED DURING THE INTERIM
 PENDING CODE REVISION AMENDMENT THAT WILL ALLOW
 "U-SHAPE DRIVEWAYS," SET TO BE CODIFIED WITHIN THE NEXT
 FEW MONTHS. HOWEVER, THE APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS WILL
 STILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED:
  
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE). THE FIRST 25 FEET OF FRONT YARD WILL
 BE THE ONLY AREA COUNTED FOR LANDSCAPE AREA
 REQUIREMENTS. THE PLANS SHOW AN "H" -SHAPE
 CONFIGURATION THAT MAY EXCEED THE ALLOWANCE OF THE "U"
 DRIVE EXCEPTION.
  
 NOTE: THE U-SHAPE DRIVEWAYS THAT WILL BE ALLOWED SHALL
 BE A MAXIMUM OF 10 FEET IN WIDTH FOR EACH ACCESS POINT
 FOR A TOTAL OF 20 FEET OF ACCESS FOR A PARTICULAR
 PROPERTY.
 THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WILL BE MAKING THEIR OWN
 COMMENTS REGARDING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ("ROW") ACCESS
 POINTS AND ANY SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FROM THE SIDE
 PROPERTY LINES IF NEEDED.
