 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS AND
 PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECT FEES.
  
 7- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) ALL EXTERIOR DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS (DOOR LEADING
 TO PORCH FROM BEDROOM AND BATHROOM EXTERIOR DOOR).
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED (FL4809-R3) IS MISSING THE
 DRAWINGS SHOWING THE DOORS TO BE USED.
  
 B) ALL WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED (FL4765-R3) SUBMITTED IS MISSING THE DRAWINGS
 FOR SPECIFIC WINDOWS TO BE USED.
  
 C) IF DOOR AND WINDOWS TO BE INSTALLED DON'T HAVE
 IMPACT GLASS, THEN SHUTTERS ARE REQUIRED. SEC.
 R301.2.1.2. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS AND COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
 ***NOTE: EXISTING SHUTTERS CAN'T BE USED IF THEY WERE
 INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT. PROVIDE PROOF THAT EXISTING
 SHUTTERS WERE INSTALLED WITH PERMIT UNDER THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE.

 8- ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING (NOT
 SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 9- ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SCREENED
 PORCH. SPECIFY ALL COLUMNS, BEAMS, STRUCTURAL
 CONNECTORS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.
  
 10 - ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONVERSION OF PORCH TO NEW
 BATHROOM. SPECIFY FOOTINGS, PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING
 DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301. SPECIFY ALL
 STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS. PROVIDE COMPLETE WALL SECTION
 PROVIDING ALL THE SPECIFICATIONS TO INTERIOR AND
 EXTERIOR SIDE.
  
 11- ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE IN ALL PLANS ALL THE
 INFORMATION REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G1-16.004 OF FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND CHAPTER 481 OF FLORIDA STATUTE.
 MISSING THE FIRM LICENSE NUMBER, NAME OF ARCHITECT
 SIGNING THE PLANS, LICENSE NUMBER OF ARCHITECT AND DATE
 WHEN PLANS WERE SEALED.
  
 12- PROVIDE ROOF FRAMING PLAN WITH COMPLETE
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR NEW ROOF OVER THE PROPOSED PORCH.
 SEE SEC. R803.2.3.1 FOR MIN. NAIL TYPE AND SPACING TO
 BE USED FOR THE ROOF SHEATHING IN ALL ROOF ZONES.
