 BE REQUIRED TO BE FILED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT AND APPROVED PRIOR TO THE BUILDING PERMIT
 BEING APPROVED. SEE

 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR REQUIREMENTS OF A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT.
  
 THE FOLLOWING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS SUBMITTED:
  
 THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE SHOWN
 ON A SITE DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"). REFER TO THE ZLDR FOR
 SIGNAGE REGULATIONS, UNDER THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC)
 ZONING DISTRICT. ADDITIONALLY, AN APPROVAL LETTER FROM
 THE METROCENTRE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE MINOR PD AMENDMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 3. PROVIDE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SIGNS THAT EXIST AND ARE
 PROPOSED FOR ALL FACADES OF THE EXISTING HAWTHORNE
 SUITES BY WYNDHAM HOTEL. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-408(D)(1)D, THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF WALL-MOUNTED SIGNS
 FOR THE BUILDING IS THREE (3). IF THE SIGNAGE EXCEEDS
 THE ALLOWABLE AMOUNT OF SIGNS, THEN CONTACT ME
