 DESIGNER OF THE PLANS WILL BE, WILL NEED SIGNATURE OF

 2) THE PLANS ALSO WILL NEED TO PROVIDE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA:
 1609.6.2 WIND DESIGN PROCEDURES
 2.1) THE BASIC WIND SPEED, V, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3. THE WIND SHALL BE
 ASSUMED TO COME FROM ANY HORIZONTAL DIRECTION.
  
 2.2) AN IMPORTANCE FACTOR, IW, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION1609.5.
  
 2.3) AN EXPOSURE CATEGORY SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 1609.4.
  
 2.4) A HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENT COEFFICIENT, *
 SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM TABLE 1609.6.2.1(4)
  
 2.5) DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 3) PLANS NEED TO BE DRAWN TO A SCALE AND OR DIMENSION
 ALL PORTIONS OF THE PORCH. EXAMPLE:
 3A) THE SIDE ELEVATION DOES PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS FOR
 THE NEW SLAB BUT DOES NOT INDICATE :
 1) A VAPOR BARRIER, AND SOIL PRETREAT FOR TERMITES,
 2) THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE AMOUNT OS STEEL
 REINFORCING BARS ARE TO BE IN THE FOOTER AND THE SIZE
 OF THE BARS, NOR DOES THE
 PLANS INDICATE IF FIBER MESH OR WELDED WIRE 6X6 MESH
 WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE SLAB. WHAT TYPE OF CHAIRS WILL
 THE WIRE MESH BE
 PLACED ON?
 3) THE PLANS ALSO FAIL TO INDICATE THE TYPE OF CONCRETE
 MIX THAT WILL BE USED FOR THIS APPLICATION.
  
 4) POST AND HEADERS:
 4A) PLANS INDICATE A SIMPSON CB66 COLUMN BASE PLEASE
 IDENTIFY WHICH ANCHOR IS TO BE INSTALLED PRIMER GRAY OR
 THE HDG (HEAVY DIPPED GALVANIZED) SINCE IT WILL BE
 EMBEDDED IN CONCRETE, PLEASE ALS OPROVIDE WHAT THE
 UPLIFT AND LATERAL LOADS THESE ANCHORSS WILL SUPPORT?
  
 4B) PLEASE PROVIDE SIZE OF POST AND BEAM, PROVIDE TYPE
 OF SPECIES OF WOOD, GRADE OF WOOD AND ALLOWABLE AMOUNT
 OF MEMBERS IN BEAM, SPANS FOR THE BUILT UP BEAM, WHERE
 SPLICES WILL OCCUR AND IF BEAM IS TO BE CONSIDERED A
 SIMPLE SPAN OR WILL MULTILE SPANS.
  
 4C) POST TO BEAM CONNECTION TYPE OF FINISH ON ANCHOR
 PRIMER GRAY OR HDG.
  
 5) THE SECTION OF ELEVATION INDICATES WHAT APPEARS TO
 BE A PARTIAL TRUSS ATTACHING TO THE ROOF FRAMING HIGHER
 THAN THE FACIA, A PIGGYBACK TRUSS WITH WHAT APPEARS TO
 BE A LARGE TRIANGLAR WEDGE THAT SITS BENEATH THE NEW
 ROOF TTRUSS SYSTEM.
 5A) PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFOMATION TO WHERE THE
 UPPER AND LOWER LEG OF THE TRUSS ANCHORS INTO THE
 EXISSTING ROOF FRAMING?
  
 5B) PLEASE PROVIDE WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL THIS
 TRIANGULAR WEDGE WILL BE BUILT? PLEASE PROVIDE AT WHAT
 CENTERS THE TRUSSES WILL INSTALLED?
  
 5C) PLEASE PROVIDE THE GRAVITY, LATERAL AND UPLIFT
 LOADS WILL BE IMPOSED ON THESE TRUSSES AS WELL AS THE
 BEAM TO COLUMN CONNECTIONS.
  
 6) TYPICAL WALL SEECTION PLEASE IDENTIFY THE ROOF
 FRAMING IF A TRUE TRUSS OR DIMENSIONAL LUMBER AND
 SPECIES OF WOOD, GRADE AND SPACING AS WELL AS ROOF
 SHEATHING INFORMATION.
  
 7) THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE SLOPE OF THE NEW ROOF
 FRAMING?
  
 8) PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE THE TYPE OF ROOFING ASSEMBLY TO
 BE ATTACHED TO THE ROOF SHEATHING, INCLUDE TYPE OF
 UNDERLAYMENT AND FINAL
 ROOFING PRODUCT, PROVIDE TYPE OF FASTENERS AND SPACING

 9) PLEASE PROVIDE IF THE CEILING OF THE NEW PORCH IS TO
