 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PLEASE APPLY FOR A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. SUBMIT
 AN APPLICATION AND TWO (2) SETS OF SIGNED AND SEALED
 PLANS BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. PROVIDE THE
 QUANTITY, SIZE AND SPACING FOR ALL PROPOSED PLANT
 MATERIAL. A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN
 DOWN INTO UNIT COST SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. I AM NOT CERTAIN WHAT TYPE OF PERMIT THIS
 IS. IF THIS IS A LANDSCAPE PERMIT THEN ALL OF THE
 INFORMATION REQUESTED SHALL BE ON THE PLAN. AND A
 SEPARATE FENCE PERMIT MUST BE OBTAINED.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A FULLY DIMENSIONED SITE PLAN,
 SHOWING THE EXACT LOCATION OF THESE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURES. THE STANDARD CITY APPROVED DUMPSTER DETAIL
 SHALL APPEAR ON THE PLAN.
  
 3. THE LANDSCAPE AREA SURROUNDING THE ENCLOSURE SHALL
 BE A MINIMUM OF 2 1/2 - 3 FEET IN WIDTH TO ACCOMMODATE
 THE HEDGE.
  
 4. PLEASE APPLY FOR AN IRRIGATION PERMIT, AS NOTED ON
 PLAN.
  
 5. THE 12 FOOT DOORS MAY BE TOO LARGE TO PROPERLY
 FUNCTION.
