 STORY BUILDING. THE BUILDING CONTAINS MORE THAN FOUR
 FLOORS.
  
 3. SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR ANY FIRE
 SPRINKLER OR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM REMODELING.
  
 4. THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE FLOOR SLAB IS TO BE
 SAWCUT. IF GASOLINE POWERED SAWS ARE TO BE USED
 ADEQUATE VENTILATION CONTROLS ARE TO BE PROVIDED SO NO
 BUILD-UP OF CARBON MONOXIDE (CO) OCCURS. CARBON
 MONOXIDE IS A COLORLESS AND ODORLESS GAS THAT CAN BE
 FLAMMABLE IS THE PROPER CONCENTRATION. NO FLAMMABLE OR
 COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS ARE TO BE STORED IN THE BUILDING.
  
 5. CONSTRUCTION, DEMOLITION, AND RENOVATION TO COMPLY
 WITH NFPA 241.
  
 6. DEBRIS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE DAILY.
