 1) THE ORIGINAL PERMIT WAS FOR A COMMERCIAL REMODEL, NO
 SURVEY WAS REQUIRED, NOW THIS REVISION INDICATES A NEW
 ADDITION, PLEASE SUBMIT A SURVEY INDICATING THE NEW
 ADDITION AND PROPERTY LINE. FBC-B TABLE 600 FOR A TYPE
 IIIB BUILDING BEARING WALLS 2 HOUR RATED WALLS (SEE
 CODE COMMENTARY) , FOOTNOTE G INDICATES NOT LESS THAN
 REQUIRED ON TABLE 602.
  
 2) THE OTHER ISSUE WITH THE EXTERIOR WALLS IT IS NOT
 CLEAR AS TO THE TYPE OF FINISH TO BE APPLIED ON THE
 ADDITION IT APPEARS THE SHEATHING TO BE 5/8" PLYWOOD.
 PLEASE REVIEW SECTION FBC-B 602.3 FOR EXTERIOR WALLS TO
 BE OF NON-COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL.
  
 3) WHEN PLYWOOD IS TO BE USED AS A EXTERIOR FINISH IT
 MUST MEET THE EXPOSURE DURABILITY CLASSIFICATION.
 2304.6.1 WOOD STRUCTURAL PANEL SHEATHING. WHERE WOOD
 STRUCTURAL PANEL SHEATHING IS USED AS THE EXPOSED
 FINISH ON THE EXTERIOR OF OUTSIDE WALLS, IT SHALL HAVE
 AN EXTERIOR EXPOSURE DURABILITY CLASSIFICATION. WHERE
 WOOD STRUCTURAL PANEL SHEATHING IS USED ON THE EXTERIOR
 OF OUTSIDE WALLS BUT NOT AS THE EXPOSED FINISH, IT
 SHALL BE OF A TYPE MANUFACTURED WITH EXTERIOR GLUE
 (EXPOSURE 1 OR EXTERIOR). WHERE WOOD STRUCTURAL PANEL
 SHEATHING IS USED ELSEWHERE, IT SHALL BE OF A TYPE
 MANUFACTURED WITH INTERMEDIATE OR EXTERIOR GLUE.
  
 4) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED:
 4A) THE PLANS INDICATE THE USE OF A MADE UP STEEL
 COLUMN AND BEAM BUT THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE TYPE
 OF ANCHORS TO BE USED TO ANCHOR THE COLUMN TO THE
 CONCRETE SLAB NOR IS THERE INFORMATION AS TO ANCHORING
 THE BEAM TO THE BUILT UP COLUMN.
  
 4B) PLANS FAIL TO PROVIDE A DETAIL OR SECTION OF THE
 NON-BEARING WALL, AND WALL TO ROOF ASSEMBLY?
  
 4C) PLANS ALSO WILL NEED TO INDICATE IF THERE IS ROOF
 SLOPE TO THE ADDITION?
  
 5) FL BLD CODE 1609.6.2.2 COMPONENTS & CLADDING,
 PROVIDE 2 COPIES,
 OF PRODUCT TESTING REPORTS, MISSING REPORTS ARE AS
 FOLLOWS:
 ROOFING ASSEMBLIES.
  
 6) 106.3.3 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 7) PLEASE REVIEW FBC-B 1503.6 FOR ROOFS WITH NO OVER
 HANG.
  
 8) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 SYSTEM. EXISTING GREASE TRAP IS 1500 GALLONS. AN UNDER
 SINK GREASE REMOVAL DEVISE CONNECTED TO THE SANITARY
 MAY BE REQUIRED IF THE SINK IS NON-FOOD HANDLING ONLY.
 IF THIS SINK IS FOR FOOD HANDLING, THE GRD WILL NOT BE
 IN THE SAME ROOM. A TRAPZILLA OR EQUAL TYPE INTERCEPTOR

 1) TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY
 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2) BASED UPON THE INCREASE IN THE VALUE OF THE WORK,
 THE RENOVATION PROJECT NOW EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE
 VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE. THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), THE SUBJECT PROPERTY SHALL BE
 BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV (LANDSCAPING)
 OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS.
  
 3) THE SITE PLAN SHALL BE REVISED TO REFLECT THE
 ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE BEING ADDED. ALL CALCULATIONS
 SHALL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY (I.E. BUILDING COVERAGE,
 FAR, ETC.).
  
 4) THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE REVISED ON THE
 SITE PLAN TO REFLECT THE ADDITIONAL BUILDING SQUARE
 FOOTAGE. SUFFICIENT PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED ON-SITE.
  
 5) AS THIS IS THE CURRENT LOCATION OF THE DUMPSTER,
 RECYCLING, ETC., PLEASE INDICATE ON THE PLANS WHERE AND
 HOW THESE FACILITIES WILL BE ACCOMMODATED. SUCH
 FACILITIES SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 94-444(B) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS.
  
 6) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-207(E) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS,
 AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 (CPD) SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT. SUCH APPLICATION SHALL BE APPROVED PRIOR TO
 THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY
 INCREASE IN THE TRAFFIC IMPACT ABOVE THAT WHICH WAS
 APPROVED IN THE MASTER PLAN SHALL CONSTITUTE AS A MAJOR
 AMENDMENT. IF NO ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC IMPACT IS CREATED,
 THEN A MINOR AMENDMENT WILL BE REQUIRED. PLEASE PROVIDE
 A SIGNED/SEALED LETTER FROM A CERTIFIED TRAFFIC
 ENGINEER INDICATING THAT THE ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE
 DOES NOT GENERATE ANY ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC IMPACT. IF NO
 SUCH LETTER CAN BE PROVIDED, THEN A MAJOR AMENDMENT
 WILL BE REQUIRED AND ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY
 WILL NEED TO BE APPROVED THROUGH THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 TRAFFIC DIVISION.
