 ASSOCIATION SHALL BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF
 THE BUILDING PERMIT. THE APPROVAL LETTER THAT WAS
 PROVIDED WAS ISSUED BY THE PELICAN COVE NEIGHBORHOOD
 ASSOCIATION, NOT THE OVERALL BAYWINDS COMMUNITY
 ASSOCIATION. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CORRECT
