 REVISED COMMENTS BASED ON RESULTS OF CHARLES WU MEETING
 WITH MR. TOME, HOMEOWNER.
  
 1) THE SURVEY DOES NOT DEPICT THE SAME CONDITIONS AS
 THE 2009 AERIAL OF THE PROPERTY. THE AERIAL SHOWS A
 CURB CUT AND DRIVEWAY ONTO LYTLE STREET. PROVIDE A
 RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD. THIS SURVEY
 SHALL INCLUDE THE DIMENSION OF THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY.
  
 2) SECTION 94-313 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS ONLY PERMIT ONE (1) ACCESS POINT (DRIVEWAY)
 TO THIS PROPERTY. MR. WU WILL IS ALLOWING MR. TOME TO
 MOVE FORWARD WITH THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY ON THE
 FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WHICH MR. TOME AGREED TO:
  
 A) TOTAL DRIVEWAY WIDTH BE NO GREATER THAN 20 FEET.
 B) IF THE SECTION 94-313 IS NOT AMENDED TO ALLOW THE
 TWO ACCESS POINTS (DRIVEWAYS) WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THIS PERMIT, THEN MR. TOME SHALL REMOVE THE
 DRIVEWAY, INCLUDING THE APRON, ONTO LYTLE STREET.
  
 3) THE PARKING REQUIREMENT FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOUSES IS
 TWO (2) OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES. THE PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY SHALL BE ADEQUATE FOR A MINIMUM OF TWO (2)
 CARS. THE PROPOSED 20 FOOT LONG RIBBON STRIP DRIVEWAY
 IS ONLY LARGE ENOUGH FOR ONE CAR. IF THIS IS TO BE THE
 NEW DRIVEWAY IT SHALL BE DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE 2 CARS
 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ZONING REGULATIONS ARE NOT
 AMENDED AND THE LYTLE STREET DRIVEWAY IS REMOVE.
  
 4) THE 2009 AERIAL SHOWS A TREE LOCATED IN THE AREA
 WHERE THE DRIVEWAY IS PROPOSED. PROVIDE VERIFICATION
 THAT ONCE THE THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT
 DRIVEWAY APRON REQUIREMENTS ARE MET AND THE WIDTH OF
 THE DRIVEWAY IS INCLUDED, THE TREE WILL NOT BE
 IMPACTED. IF THE TREE IS IMPACTED, THEN A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED FROM THE PLANNING AND
 ZONING DEPARTMENT FOR RELOCATION OF MITIGATION OF THE
 TREE ON-SITE.
  
 5) A SITE PLAN OR MARKED UP SURVEY SHALL ADDRESS ALL
 COMMENTS ABOVE. PLAN OR SURVEY, INCLUDING DEPICTED
 INFORMATION, SHALL BE TO SCALE.
