 PROPERTY APPRAISER) SHOWING THAT THE STRUCTURE ALONE
 WITHOUT THE DETACHED GARAGE IS WORTH LESS THAN $300.00.
  
 2- RAS 117 CALCULATIONS; ENGINEER TO REVISE NAIL
 SPACING FOR ZONE 1. NAIL SPACING FOR ZONE 1 SHALL BE
 THE NAIL SPACING SPECIFIED ON THE NOA SUBMITTED. SEE

 REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON NOA 08-0226.06
 SUBMITTED. SEE GENERAL LIMITATIONS ON LAST PAGE OF NOA
 SUBMITTED.
  
 B) DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DOING THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS
 TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT ACCORDING TO 2009
 REVISIONS SEC. R301.2.1.4.3, THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED
 IN EXPOSURE "C".
  
 3- A) SPECIFIED HOW IS THE ROOF TILE GOING TO BE
 FASTENED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 OF SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 B) IF USING ADHESIVE, THEN PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL.
