 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) TWO COPIES OF A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL BE
 PROVIDED. THE SURVEY ATTACHED TO THE EASEMENT CONSENT
 FORMS DO NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE ADDITION, ETC.
  
 2) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(9) OF THE CITY???S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, OUTSIDE
 STAIRWAYS OVER THREE (3) FEET IN HEIGHT ABOVE GRADE
 SHALL MEET ALL SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE MAIN
 STRUCTURE. AS SUCH, THE PROPOSED STAIRCASE SHALL BE A
 MINIMUM OF 14 FEET FROM THE REAR PROPERTY LINE.
  
 3) PLANS SHALL NOT THE PROPOSED SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM
 THE STAIRCASE TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
  
 4) PLEASE CLARIFY HOW THE PROPOSED STAIRCASE CONNECTS
 TO THE EXISTING ROOF. THE PROPOSED PLANS SHOW AN AREA
 LABELED AS ???EXISTING FLAT ROOF???, HOWEVER, THE
 PERMITTED PLANS FOR THE ADDITION DID NOT SHOW A FLAT
 ROOF OF THAT SIZE. ADDITIONALLY, THE PROPOSED PLANS DO
 NOT SHOW THE CATWALK CONNECTING TO THE FLAT ROOF.
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
