 1- PLEASE CLARIFY SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED. PLANS
 SUBMITTED ARE FOR NEW ROOF OVERHANG, NEW ENTRY DOOR,
 NEW PLANTER AND NEW WOOD FENCE ONLY. ADDITIONAL WORK
 REQUIRES PLANS TO CHECK FOR BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE.
 INCLUDING PARKING TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 11
 FBC.
 WORK DESCRIPTION ON PLANS SUBMITTED STATES, NO
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, INTERIOR WORK OR
 LANDSCAPE WORK IS INCLUDED.
  
 2- PROVIDE STRUCTURAL FRAMING DETAILS FOR NEW ENTRY
 DOOR TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF
 SEC. 1609 OF 2007 FBC.
  
 3- PROVIDE FLOOR PLAN SHOWING HOW THE NEW ENTRY WILL
 AFFECT THE EXISTING FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 10
 FBC. AND SPECIFY SIZE OF DOOR.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) NEW ENTRY DOOR.
  
 B) ROOF TILE. AND, CLEARLY SPECIFY HOW FASTENING THE
 TILE. IF USING ADHESIVE, THEN SEE ROOF TILE FOR LISTED
 ADHESIVES AND PROVIDE REQUIRED PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 5- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 6- DESIGN PROFESSIONAL TO SPECIFY ALTERATION LEVEL AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 401.4 OF 2007 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 7- DESIGN PROFESSIONAL TO UPDATE THE CODE TO BE USED.
 REFER TO 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007 FBC, NOT 2008
 REVISIONS.
  
 8- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.

 2. MECHANICAL SCREENING WALL SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS.
 3. THE EXISTING PARALELL AND ANGLE PARKING ARE
 ENCROACHING ON TRAVEL LANE AND SHALL BE REMOVED.
 4. PLEASE SUBMIT DRAWINGS CONTAINING DIMENSION OF
 PARKING SPACES AND PLANTING AREAS.
