 ANY FENCES WITHIN 25 FEET OF THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE
 ARE SUBJECT TO THIS REQUIREMENT. THE PROPOSED 6 FOOT
 TALL SHADOW BOX FENCE WITHIN THIS AREA DOES NOT COMPLY
 WITH THE STANDARD.
  
 NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH FENCES MAY NOT EXCEED 48 INCHES IN
 HEIGHT, A HEDGE OF UP TO 10 FEET IN HEIGHT IS PERMITTED
 WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK.
