 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A SCALED DRAWING SHOWING THE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE PARKING SPACES AS WELL AS MANEUVERING
 AREAS. NOTE THAT PER SEC. 94-485(J)(2), FIGURE XV-2,
 THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS FOR NON-DISABLED PARKING SPACES
 ARE 8.5 FEET IN WIDTH AND 18 FEET IN DEPTH. A MINIMUM
 OF 24 FEET NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED BEHIND THE PARKING
 SPACES. A PARKING LOT STRIPING DETAIL NEEDS TO BE
 PROVIDED AS WELL.
  
 2. THE PROPOSED DISABLED SPACE NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH
 CURRENT ADA STANDARDS, THE SPACE NEEDS TO BE 12 FEET
 WIDE, 18 FEET DEEP, AND HAVE A MINIMUM 5 FOOT WIDE
 ACCESS AISLE ADJACENT TO THE SPACE.
  
 3. AS REPAVED PARKING LOTS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE NEW
 PARKING LOTS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT,
 THIS PARKING LOT SHALL BE BROUGHT UP TO LANDSCAPE CODE
 TO THE EXTENT PRACTICABLE. AN INFORMAL CALCULATION BY
 STAFF SHOWS THAT A 5 FOOT WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER MAY BE
 INSTALLED ALONG SOUTHERN BOULEVARD ADJACENT TO THE
 SIDEWALK AS WELL AS THAT A 5 FOOT WIDE LANDSCAPE
 TERMINAL ISLAND MAY BE INSTALLED AT ONE END OF THE MAIN
 PARKING ROW. BEAR IN MIND THAT THE LANDSCAPED AREA WILL
 NEED TO BE PROTECTED BY D-TYPE CURB AS WELL AS
 IRRIGATED. SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PERMITS
 WILL BE REQUIRED.
