 NOTE - ALTHOUGH THE COMMENT LIST REFERS TO "PROPOSED"
 IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THESE IMPROVEMENTS HAVE ALREADY
 BEEN INSTALLED.
  
 1. PROVIDE A COMPLETE COPY OF THE ORIGINAL SURVEY,
 UNMARKED. THE SURVEY SHOULD SHOW UTILITY EASEMENTS AND
 "EXISTING" CONDITIONS (PRIOR TO UNPERMITTED WORK).
  
 2. IT APPEARS THAT, IN ADDITION TO INSTALLATION OF THE
 VINYL SHED, DECK, AND PATIO ROOF, YOU ALSO PROPOSE TO
 ENLARGE THE EXISTING WOOD SHED. PLEASE REVISE PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
  
 3. ON THE SITE PLAN, SHOW DISTANCE OF PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROPERTY LINE AND DISTANCE BETWEEN
 STRUCTURES, FBC106, FBC R301.
  
 4. PROVIDE STRUCTURAL PLANS SHOWING PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENTS. PLANS ARE TO BE ARCHITECTURAL QUALITY, TO
 SCALE FBC106. PHOTOGRAPHS WERE SUBMITTED, BUT PLANS ARE
 REQUIRED. STRUCTURAL PLANS TO SHOW, AT A MINIMUM, A
 PLAN, ELEVATIONS, AND STRUCTURAL DETAIL CONTINUOUS
 FOUNDATION THROUGH ROOF. ALL CONNECTIONS REQUIRED ARE
 TO BE DETAILED IN ORDER TO SHOW HOW THE PROPOSED
 STRUCTURE WILL MEET WIND RESISTANCE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 5. WIND DESIGN CRITERIA TO BE STATED ON THE PLAN, FBC
 R301, FBC1603.4.
  
 6. A DESIGNER LICENSED TO CERTIFY THIS IMPROVEMENT AS
 TO CODE COMPLIANCE IS TO PREPARE THE PLAN. THE NAME AND
 SEAL, IF APPLICABLE, IS TO BE ON THE PLAN.
