 LOCATION OF THE SIGN. PER SECTION 94-407(9)C OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ONLY ONE SIGN
 IS PERMITTED PER LOT. THERE ARE TWO PERMIT APPLICATIONS
 FOR THE ADDRESS AT 1518 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY. ONLY ONE
 SIGN IS ALLOWED AT THIS ADDRESS.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN OR SURVEY SHALL BE TO SCALE AND SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SETBACK PROVISIONS OF
 SECTION 94-407(9)E:
  
 MINIMUM SETBACKS:
  
 1. FROM LOT LINE OF ANOTHER LOT: 20 FEET.
  
 2. FROM PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY: 15 FEET IF ALL SIGN FACES
 PLACED PARALLEL TO THE STREET AND 20 FEET IF ONE OR
 MORE SIGN FACES ARE NOT PLACED PARALLEL TO THE STREET.
  
 3. FROM INTERSECTIONS OF STREETS WITH OTHER STREETS AND
 WITH ACCESS DRIVES: AS REQUIRED BY SUBSECTION
 94-305(E). (20 FOOT X 20 FOOT VISIBILITY TRIANGLE).
  
 3) PER SECTION 94-407(9)D, THE SIGN MAY ONLY ADVERTISE
 THE BUILDINGS ON THE LOT ON WHICH IT IS LOCATED. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT 1518 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY ONLY HAS ONE
 BUILDING ON IT, NOT THREE AS STATED ON THE SIGN. THE
 TWO EASTERN BUILDINGS ARE LOCATED ON A SEPARATE LOT
 WITH THE ADDRESS OF 324 CRANESNEST WAY.
  
 4) IT APPEARS FROM THE INFORMATION INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT THAT THIS SIGN WILL BE MOUNTED ON POSTS. PROVIDE
 A DETAIL OF THE SIGN, INCLUDING THE POSTS, WHICH SHOWS
 THE FULL HEIGHT ABOVE GRADE OF THE SIGN AND THE
 MOUNTING POSTS. PER SECTION 94-407(9)F, THE MAXIMUM
 SIGN HEIGHT IS SIX FEET.
  
 5) THE PERMIT SET REQUIRES TWO SETS OF DRAWINGS FOR THE
 SIGN. ONE IS KEPT BY THE CITY AND ONE WILL BE KEPT
 ON-SITE WITH THE PERMIT.
