 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION PLEASE

 PRODUCTS WITH STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS THE PRODUCT
 IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE STATE. IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT
 HAVE STATEWIDE APPROVAL, SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR
 LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR SITE SPECIFIC FORM PER RULE
 9B-72. SEE ATTACHMENT. WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG PLEASE
 REVIEW UNDER CATEGORY STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS THERE ARE
 19 PAGES WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 STATE APPROVALS FOR
 EXTERIOR COOLER -FREEZERS.
  
 2) TO SUBMIT THIS SYSTEM FOR A LOCAL APPROVAL THE SAME
 TEN CRITERIA AS THE STATE WILL BE REQUIRED AND ARE
