 SHALL CONTAIN THE NAME, LOGO AND ADDRESS OF THE
 BUILDING OCCUPANT AND RELATED INFORMATION. THE SIGN MAY
 NOT JUST STATE "DENTIST" AS THE BUSINESS NAME IS
 ESTHETIC AND IMPLANT DENTISTRY.
  
 NOTE: PER THE SEDONA COMMONS CPD, THE EXISTING
 BUILDINGS (BUILDINGS NOS. 1 TO 4) AND THE PHASE II
 PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDING (BUILDING NO. 5) SHALL
 EACH BE PERMITTED ONE (1) WALL MOUNTED SIGN PER
 BUSINESS. EACH SIGN SHALL NOT TO EXCEED 28 SQUARE FEET
 IN TOTAL SIGN AREA (NOT 30 SQ. FT. AS SHOWN ON PLAN).
 THE PROPOSED SIGN IS 11.2 SQUARE FEET. THERE IS SQUARE
 FOOTAGE AVAILABLE TO ENLARGE THE SIGN TO INCLUDE THE
