 PROVIDED FOR THIS SIGN, STAFF USED THE DIMENSIONS
 PROVIDED AND THE RESULT IS A 28.5 SQUARE FOOT SIGN.
 PROVIDE ACCURATE SQUARE FOOTAGE THAT VERIFIES THAT THE
 SIGN IS LESS THAN 28 SQUARE FEET.
