 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 2. LANDSCAPING REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE APPLY
 FOR A LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A
 COMPLETE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. IT SHALL BE SIGNED AND SEALED
 BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS AND LABOR. IT SHALL BE BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT
 COST.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ITEMS ENUMERATED IN THIS
 SECTION.
  
 4. AN IRRIGATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT TWO
 (2) COPIES OF AN IRRIGATION PLAN THAT PROVIDES 120%
