| | PLUS THE ADDITIONAL DRIVE (ACCESS POINT) HAS A WIDTH OF |
| | 10 FEET FOR A TOTAL OF 30 FEET. THE EXCESS OF PAVEMENT |
| | IS THE REASON THAT THE PERVIOUS LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT |
| | IS NOT BEING MET. THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WILL BE |
| | MAKING THEIR OWN COMMENTS REGARDING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY |
| | ("ROW") ACCESS POINTS AND WORK ALREADY PERFORMED. |
