 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 4187-08, PRIOR TO ISSUANCE
 OF A BUILDING PERMIT, ALL SIGNS SHALL BE APPROVED BY
 THE MASTER DEVELOPER. PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN APPROVAL,
 AS WELL AS A SET OF THE PROPOSED PLANS CONTAINING THE
 SIGNATURE OF THE MASTER DEVELOPER.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE BUILDING FACADE
 FOR THE SPACE OCCUPIED BY THE SUBJECT TENANT. THE PLANS
 PROVIDED DO NOT INDICATE THE HEIGHT OF THE STRUCTURE,
 AND IT IS UNCLEAR WHAT THE WIDTH OF THE SPACE IS. THERE
 IS A DIMENSION OF 50 FEET, BUT ALSO A HANDWRITTEN NOTE
 INDICATING 120 FEET OF BUILDING FRONTAGE. PLEASE
 CLARIFY WHAT THE HEIGHT AND WIDTH OF THE TENANT SPACE
 IS.
  
 3) THE MAXIMUM LETTER HEIGHT OF WALL-MOUNTED SIGNS
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 2 FEET IN HEIGHT. THE OVERALL SIGN
 HEIGHT IS NOTED ON THE PLANS, BUT PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE
 JUST THE HEIGHT OF THE LETTERS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
