 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ITEMS LISTED IN THIS
 SECTION. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SIZE OF THE PROPOSED TREES.
 IF ANY EXISTING TREES, SHRUBS OR GROUND COVER WILL
 REMAIN, PLEASE IDENTIFY THEM. IF ANY EXISTING TREES
 WILL BE REMOVED, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 3. PLEASE APPLY FOR A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. SUBMIT
 TWO COPIES OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND A COST ESTIMATE
 THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS
 AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST. THE TREE DETAIL
 SHOWS MULCH OVER THE ROOT BALL. A THREE INCH LAYER OF
 MULCH SHALL BE APPLIED OUTSIDE OF THE ROOT BALL BUT NO
 MORE THAN A ONE INCH LAYER OF MULCH SHALL BE APPLIED
 OVER THE ROOT BALL. PLEASE USE THE STANDARD CITY
 PLANTING DETAIL. PROVIDE THE XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 4. A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE REQUIRED.
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE IRRIGATION PLAN AND AN
 IRRIGATION APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.
