 THE PROPERTY LINES (THIS WILL BE VERIFIED BY THE
 SURVEY). IF THIS IS THE CASE, THEN THE EXHAUST DUCT
 EXTENDS OVER THE PROPERTY LINE, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 3) THE BUSINESS TAX RECEIPT/CERTIFICATE OF USE FOR THE
 SITE DOES NOT INCLUDE PAINTING (MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR,
 HEAVY). PRIOR TO THE OPERATION OF THE SPRAY BOOTH, THE
 BUSINESS TAX RECEIPT FOR THIS SITE SHALL BE AMENDED TO
 INCLUDE ALL USES ON THE SITE.
  
 4) THIS SITE IS DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE APPROVED
 SITE/LANDSCAPE PLAN, INCLUDING THE STRIPING OF PARKING
 AND LANDSCAPE. THE ZONING STAFF WILL NOT APPROVE THIS
 PERMIT UNTIL APPROPRIATE PERMITS TO BRING THE SITE INTO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE APPROVED PLANS IS SUBMITTED TO THE
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT. THE SPRAY BOOTH WILL
 NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET ITS FINAL INSPECTION UNTIL THE
 SITE AND LANDSCAPE WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND PASSED
