 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-313(B)(1) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS "ZLDR"), A MAXIMUM OF TWO (2)
 ACCESS POINTS ARE ALLOWED, SINCE THE MULTIFAMILY
 RESIDENTIAL IS LOCATED ON A CORNER LOT FOR RESIDENTIAL
 TYPES OF DEVELOPMENT OF LESS THAN 75 UNITS. HOWEVER,
 THIS PROPERTY ALREADY HAS MULTIPLE ACCESS POINTS FOR
 THE MULTI-FAMILY USE. THEREFORE, NO ADDITIONAL ACCESS
 POINTS FOR PARKING WILL BE APPROVED.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE PARKING IS NOT ENTIRELY
 WITHIN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-485(J), CONFIGURATIONS OF PARKING BACKING DIRECTLY
 ONTO A STREET, IS PROHIBITED.
