 REVISIONS, 2008 NEC, 2004 FBC AS AMENDED, CHAPTER 1.AND
 FOUND NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
  
 1} PROVIDE MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS INDICATING
 RECOMMENDED SETBACKS AND ELECTRICAL SPEC'S FOR THE
 GENERATOR AND TRANSFER SWITCH.
  
 2} PROVIDE A CALCULATION FOR THE LOAD BEING SERVED BY
 THE GENERATOR.
  
 3} PROVIDE FEEDER SIZES FROM THE GENERATOR TO THE ATS.
  
 4} THE VALUE ON THE APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE THE TOTAL
 COST OF LABOR AND MATERIAL FOR THE GENERATOR,
 EQUIPMENT(TRANSFER SWITCHES, PANELS ETC.), AND PAD PER
 108.3 FBC AS AMENDED.
 INCREASE THE VALUE AT THE COUNTER WHEN RESUBMITTING,
 AND GET A RECEIPT FROM THE PERMIT CLERK.

 1) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF A SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR
 OLD, WHICH SHOWS THE EXISTING STRUCTURES AND THE
 SETBACKS OF THE STRUCTURES TO THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE GENERATOR AND PAD LOCATION ON A SITE
 PLAN, OR MARKED UP COPY OF THE SURVEY, WHICH SHOWS THE
 PROPOSED GENERATOR LOCATION, INCLUDING SETBACKS FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINES AND THE BUILDING. THE BUILDING
 SETBACKS WILL DETERMINE THE GENERATOR SETBACK.
 GENERATOR MAY NOT ENCROACH MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO
 A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE EXACT DIMENSIONS OF THE GENERATOR AND
 THE PAD.
  
 4) IS ANY LANDSCAPE (TREES OR SHRUBS) BEING AFFECTED BY
 THE GENERATOR INSTALLATION? SHRUBS SHALL BE RELOCATED
 ON-SITE. IF TREES ARE BEING IMPACTED, THEN A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED FROM THE PLANNING AND
 ZONING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE TREE IMPACT.
