 AREA??????THESE IMPROVEMENTS WERE INSTALLED WITHOUT THE
 ISSUANCE OF A VALID PERMIT, AND DOES NOT MEET THE
 PROVISIONS OF SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE CITY???S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). THIS PAVER
 AREA SHALL BE REMOVED, OR AN APPLICATION SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SUCH IMPROVEMENTS.
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE ZLDRS, AS
 REFERENCED ABOVE, 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF THE FRONT YARD
 SHALL REMAIN AS LANDSCAPING.
  
 2) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-313(1) OF THE ZLDRS, SINGLE
 FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS SHALL ONLY BE PERMITTED ONE
 (1) ACCESS POINT. A SECOND ACCESS POINT SHALL NOT BE
