 PLEASE REVIEW R-609 FOR GROUT PLACEMENT, CLEAN OUTS, IF
 USING BOND BEAM AND REINFORCING R-609.2.
 PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE OF THE REQUIREMENT FOR GABLES TO
 HAVE EITHER END BRACING OR RAKED BEAMS SEE FIGURE
 R609.4 & R609.4.1. WILL A LINTEL BE INCORPORATED OVER
 THE NEW WINDOW, IF PLEASE PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL.

 STRENGHT OF CONCRETE, SIZE OF REBAR AS WELL AS NUMBER

 WINDOW PLEASE PROVIDE EITHER THE HOOP OR STIRRUP SIZE

 PLANS INDICATE 2X6 FLOOR JOIST BUT NO SPACING IS
 PROVIDED NOR LEDGER OR HEADERS TO SECURE THE FLOOR

 AND THE WEST SIDE OF THE HOUSE.
  
 2) THE ADDITION(S) SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE SURVEY, WITH
 THE FINAL SETBACKS PROVIDED.
  
 3) THE FRONT ADDITION APPEARS TO ENCROACH INTO THE
 REQUIRED 25 FOOT FRONT SETBACK. THE EXISTING HOUSE IS
 SHOWN WITH A 25.1 FOOT FRONT SETBACK. A MINIMUM 25 FOOT
 SETBACK IS REQUIRED, THEREFORE ONLY A 0.1 FOOT
 EXPANSION IS ALLOWED.
