 1. THE SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE APPLICATION IS 15 YEARS
 OLD AND DOES NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE CURRENT
 CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY AS THERE HAS BEEN
 CONSTRUCTION ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HOME SINCE THIS
 SURVEY WAS PERFORMED. A NEW SURVEY NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED
 WHICH REFLECTS THE CURRENT CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2. THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE CODE (SEC. 94-442(B)(2)(A))
 REQUIRES THAT YOU MAINTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE TREE,
 FLOWERING TREE, OR FRUIT TREE FOR EVERY 1,600 SQUARE
 FEET OF OPEN SPACE AND AT LEAST ONE SHRUB FOR EVERY 500
 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE. PLEASE SHOW HOW THIS
 REQUIREMENT IS MET ON THE PLANS. ALSO, PLEASE CLARIFY
 IF THE HEDGES AT THE SIDEWALK ARE PROPOSED TO BE
 REMOVED OR LEFT IN PLACE. NOTE THAT THE PROPOSED
 PAVERED AREA MAY NOT BE USED AS STORAGE.
